John Grundy is Australian Laureate Fellow and Professor of Software Engineering at Monash University. He is Fellow of Automated Software Engineering and Fellow of Engineers Australia.
Humans are different – age, gender, culture, personality, education, literacy, language, physical and mental challenges, and many others. We have been working on ways to improve eHealth software to better take into account these differences and hence produce better software for people. I will overview a few of our projects including eHealth app review analysis, eHealth applications in telemedicine, exercise, chronic disease management, and others, and discuss approaches we are developing for better requirements engineering, design, generation and evaluation of next-generation eHealth systems. We are always looking for new health researchers and practitioners to partner with to improve e-health systems.
